Place branding for Switzerland's first 2000-watt site

To­geth­er with the real es­tate pro­fes­sion­al Lo­sing­er Marazzi, we moved in­to new ter­rit­ory by de­vel­op­ing and bring­ing a new dis­trict in Zurich to mar­ket, as one of the first 2000-watt sites in the coun­try.

How to win over fu­ture ten­ants, buy­ers, neigh­bor­hoods and ex­po­nents of polit­ics as sup­port­ers for the re­volu­tion­ary pro­ject from an early stage? In close col­lab­or­a­tion with Lo­sing­er Marazzi, we de­veloped a strategy that re­lied on con­tinu­ous com­mu­nic­a­tion via di­git­al and ana­log chan­nels, events and in­form­a­tion booths.

Green­city firmly es­tab­lished it­self as a flag­ship pro­ject and got no­ticed along the way, in­clud­ing a magazine that fea­tured ex­po­nents from polit­ics and cul­ture. The formerly sleepy south of Wollishofen trans­formed it­self in­to a for­ward-look­ing dis­trict of Zurich, de­liv­er­ing a cred­ible pre­ced­ent for the 2000-watts so­ci­ety and a prom­ise to the pi­on­eers of the cli­mate move­ment.
