Together with the real estate professional Losinger Marazzi, we moved into new territory by developing and bringing a new district in Zurich to market, as one of the first 2000-watt sites in the country.
How to win over future tenants, buyers, neighborhoods and exponents of politics as supporters for the revolutionary project from an early stage? In close collaboration with Losinger Marazzi, we developed a strategy that relied on continuous communication via digital and analog channels, events and information booths.
Greencity firmly established itself as a flagship project and got noticed along the way, including a magazine that featured exponents from politics and culture. The formerly sleepy south of Wollishofen transformed itself into a forward-looking district of Zurich, delivering a credible precedent for the 2000-watts society and a promise to the pioneers of the climate movement.
