What the soil and the slope are to the wine product, the choice of technology on which the stories are told and the wines are presented is to the development of the e-commerce platform. For smaller SMEs, this means evaluating systems based on lists of requirements and not shying away from open source solutions. We have defined a specific wine ERP that works seamlessly with the e-shop and PIM (Product Information Management). The content is kept up to date via a CMS.
Business with e-shop solutions is booming. The more companies in the same sector are working with them, the more important it is to position yourself in the digital market. With Goldoni, we are pursuing the path of differentiation. Not a standard solution, but one that matches the identity of the wine producer. Colours, fonts and a good shopping experience play important roles here. To keep the entire customer journey under control, we also design wine labels and packaging material.
After the purchase is before the purchase. Together with the Goldoni team, we therefore analysed the check-out journey in detail and redesigned it. Customers should feel that they are in good hands, no matter where they make their purchase. Clarity and customisability are at the forefront of the design and functionalities. And at the end of the process, the anticipation of delivery (including a little surprise).
