A/B testing for an optimised user experience

Decision making

We open up busi­ness op­por­tun­it­ies through design and tech­no­logy. 
We un­der­stand design as a pro­cess that is strongly centred on the di­git­al busi­ness mod­el and UCD (user cent­ric design). Based on the strategy, we de­ve­loped two pro­to­types for Tend and had them tested by users. The res­ult was clear - and val­id­ated with­in three weeks.

Version 2

Ver­sion 2 con­vinced the user group visu­ally and func­tion­ally. The "click-through dummy" was cre­ated by our UX/UI team with­in 5 days. By al­ways tak­ing the user jour­neys as the start­ing point for our work, we en­gage with the tar­get groups at an early stage. Both ver­sions de­lib­er­ately fol­lowed dif­fer­ent paths, which makes it easi­er to make ef­fect­ive de­cisions. Con­sist­ent A/B test­ing at the UX/UI level also helps man­age­ment to de­cide in fa­vour of a design line.
