Brand audit
We are fans of pro­duct­ive work­shops. This is not the only reas­on why we start the brand pro­cess with a one-day brand audit work­shop. We then provide ob­ser­va­tions and re­com­mend­a­tions on key bench­marks, your cur­rent and fu­ture role with tar­get groups, po­s­i­tion­ing, ser­vice of­fer­ing and lead gen­er­a­tion. Last but not least, we cre­ate the first pro­to­typ­ic­al visu­al iden­tit­ies with what we call "fu­ture proof­ing". 

 

Po­s­i­tion­ing and iden­tity 
We use the in­form­a­tion in the audit to cre­ate a unique and com­pel­ling story and po­s­i­tion­ing that will pave the way for the de­vel­op­ment of your brand iden­tity. We work with you to de­term­ine the "big pic­ture" and de­vel­op the core con­tent of your brand: mis­sion, vis­ion, val­ues and a crisp value pro­pos­i­tion. At the same time, we work with the cre­at­ive team to de­vel­op the heart and soul of the brand – the visu­al iden­tity. We cla­ri­fy: How does it work? How strongly should it stand out? What at­trib­utes does it ex­press and what emo­tions does it evoke? The iden­tity helps you to tell the story of your brand and com­mu­nic­ate it con­sist­ently across dif­fer­ent chan­nels.

 

Brand design sys­tem 
A dis­tinct­ive brand re­quires the con­sist­ent use of fonts, col­ours, im­ages and lan­guage. We al­ways re­com­mend de­vel­op­ing a brand style guide that serves as the found­a­tion for the design of fu­ture mar­ket­ing ma­ter­i­als and cam­paigns, both on­line and off­line. Crafft of­fers a dy­nam­ic style guide that cent­ral­ises all key brand ele­ments from strategy to ex­e­cu­tion. By reg­u­larly re­vis­ing the style guide, the brand iden­tity is kept up to date - this also ap­plies to the code of the mod­ules, which can be in­teg­rated in­to the style guide if de­sired.
