The prom­ise of our EB design sprint is to de­liv­er val­id­ated res­ults that help HR and man­age­ment to ana­lyze the cur­rent situ­ation and plan stra­tegic­ally for the fu­ture. In a pre­lim­in­ary dis­cus­sion, we find out where your em­ploy­er brand cur­rently stands and how we can cre­ate the most ad­ded value. In the work­shop, we either start with the EB concept or we fo­cus on cre­at­ing a di­git­al pro­to­type.

The two EB design sprint mod­ules dif­fer fun­da­ment­ally in their res­ults. In a pre­lim­in­ary dis­cus­sion, we de­cide to­geth­er which one should be used. After an EB concept work­shop, an EB pro­to­type work­shop can of course be ad­ded. Over­laps are also pos­sible on re­quest.
