User Empowerment:
Platform. Tools and content for active seniors.

Crafft actively supports health promotion and prevention in Canton Zurich.

Together with the Institute for Epidemiology, Biostatistics and Prevention (EBPI) and the University of Zurich (UZH), we develop concepts and measures which are implemented on behalf of the Canton Zurich Health Department. The current focus is on senior citizens and facilitating ways to combat loneliness and grow older as healthily and actively as possible.

Our user empowerment strategy is based on numerous measures that are continuously implemented. Permanent data collection and interviews with the target group provide evidence for the success of the measures and validate the investments made.

Soon to come: a virtual tour of the Canton Zurich as it looked in the 1950s and 1960s, bringing valuable memories to life. The community platform also encourages the exchange of recipes from grandma's kitchen and a whole lot more.

Thanks to an agile set-up, new features are continuously being launched and old ones improved. The new web platform ge was launched in 2020 with content geared towards the over 65’s, focusing on well-being, nutrition and exercise.
