The names Chiodi and Ghidossi are two Ticino icons known for producing exceptional wines and creating memorable experiences for their guests. Our task was to unite the two brands in an e-commerce shop and to refresh them at the same time.
Both wine brands have a strong and dedicated following in Ticino. The aim was to raise awareness of the two brands in German-speaking Switzerland in order to open up a wider market for their rich winemaking tradition with its innovative processes, sustainable practices, stunning facilities and excellent wines.
The team at Gruppo Ghidossi asked us to develop a new design system and revamp their digital presence to highlight their brand identity, strengthen customer loyalty, increase direct sales and reflect the attention to detail and craftsmanship they put into their products.
By creating a new design system, content strategy and technological framework, we created a complete digital brand transformation. We introduced new features and experiences to the website to improve the customer journey, establish brand rituals and give customers a reason to engage with the brand more frequently and on a deeper level.
In addition to the branding and development of the online shop, we were given the task of designing labels for the different wines of Cantine Ghidossi. For this, oenologist Davide Ghidossi won the gold medal for the most beautiful labels at Expovina 2023.
